Hey everyone! We want to ensure your Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and Holiday shopping with us are seamless, so here are some helpful answers to Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs). You can sign up to win $300 for Black Friday shopping from us HERE.

When does your Black Friday Sale start? Black Friday starts at Midnight EST on November 26th.

When does your Black Friday Sale end? Black Friday ends at 11:59PM EST on November 30th. We will continue to have other deals throughout the holidays.

What are the deals? 70% off leggings and men's collection items. 60% off shorts, joggers, and hoodies. 50% off sports bras and tops. 

Do I need a code to activate the discounts? No code needed. All items will be discounted already. These discounts cannot be combined with other offers.

How long will shipping take? We provide three shipping options, First Class Mail, Priority Mail, and Priority Mail Express. Usually these take between 2-7 business days, but due to the holiday surge, USPS is not guaranteeing shipping dates. We recommend buying on Black Friday or Cyber Monday to ensure you get your package by Christmas.

How can I get free shipping? All orders over $150 will automatically qualify for free shipping.

What if I buy a gift for someone and it is the wrong size? We have a hassle-free return policy and all items can be returned within 30 days of purchase if they are in the original condition. You can find our full return policy here.

What happens if the item I want is sold out? Please sign up for our email list and we will notify you as items restock. Please note items from the Powerful, Powerful Colorblock, and Persistence Collections will not be restocked.

What if my address is delivered to the wrong address, lost, or stolen? Please contact your mail carrier using the tracking number you received to file a claim for your package. Please confirm your delivery address; after your order is placed, we cannot change your delivery address. If you are in a newly developed neighborhood or have constant delivery problems, we recommend adding your neighborhood name to the second address line. You can find the full lost, stolen, or damaged policy here.
