ICONI aims to make your Black Friday shopping experience as seamless as possible! Our Black Friday motivation is to be FAST, FRIENDLY, and ACCURATE!
How do I activate the Black Friday discount? No code needed. All items will be automatically discounted.
How can I get free shipping? All orders $100 and up receive free shipping. Standard shipping rates are $5.
How long will it take to ship my order? Please allow 3-7 business days of processing. We cannot guarantee shipping times due to COVID-19 shipping delays.
What if the item I want is sold out? Please sign up for our email list to get notifications of restocks. We currently do not offer pre-orders. Drive Leggings will be available for purchase on Black Friday.
What if I want to return/exchange an item?
Want to return your items? Follow these 3 easy steps! ORDERS PLACED THROUGH AMAZON, MUST BE RETURNED THROUGH AMAZON.
1) Ensure your items are refundable. We accept returns and exchanges within 14 calendar days of the delivery date as long as the item is unwashed, unworn and free of any stains, odors, and distinct smells (including deodorant and perfume). Item must not be a final sale item. Refunds will be issued in the same form of original payment method, excluding shipping and handling. All tags must be attached when returned.
2) Print out our return form. We cannot process returns without this form. You can find it by clicking here. Please send returns to ICONI, 4950 South Yosemite St, #F2-361, Greenwood Village, CO 80111. You may send it using any courier of choice. We do suggest using a tracking service; we will not be held liable for any packages that are lost enroute back to us. Unfortunately, we do not offer prepaid return labels at this time.
3) Once we receive your return, we will process your return or exchange within 5-7 business days. A confirmation email will be sent to you to confirm your return.
What if my package is delivered to the wrong address, lost, or stolen? Please contact your mail carrier using the tracking number you received to file a claim for your package. Please confirm your delivery address; after your order is placed, we cannot change your delivery address. If you are in a newly developed neighborhood or have constant delivery problems, we recommend adding your neighborhood name to the second address line.
