Exchanges and Returns:  
Please use our easy exchange and return center to process your exchange or return: https://iconi.com/apps/redo/returns-portal. We only accept exchanges and returns on unworn, unused, and unwashed clothing. If there is any pet hair, human hair, particles, or lint on any clothing item, we will reject your refund or exchange and discard the item or you can choose to pay for the item to be sent back to you. Item(s) cannot be exchanged or returned if the care label or any tag has been cut/removed. All items are thoroughly inspected before any action is taken. You have 14 calendar days from the date you received your item(s) to make an exchange or return. Orders placed separately cannot be returned as one. 

If you checkout with Re:Do for free unlimited exchanges or returns for store credit on your order, you can send an item back for free. If you do not checkout with Re:Do, you can still return any order by purchasing a label through our portal with discounted shipping rates saving you time and money. 

We do not offer in-person exchange or return services. Any package sent to us without postage will be returned to the sender. All orders placed on Amazon must be returned through Amazon.

We process all returns within 3-5 business days. An email will be sent to you to confirm your refund.
