Orders, Shipping, and Returns
We only accept returns on unworn, unused, and unwashed clothing. Item(s) cannot be returned if the care label or any tag has been cut/removed. All items are thoroughly inspected before any action is taken. You have 14 calendar days from the date you received your items to make a return. Orders placed separately cannot be returned as one. We can only issue refunds to a buyer’s original payment method. Combining orders will slow down the return process. Since we process your order as soon as possible, if you have received a shipping notification, your package has already been processed and cannot be cancelled. We do not offer in-person pickup or return services. Any package sent to us without postage will be returned to the sender. ALL ORDERS PLACED ON AMAZON MUST BE RETURNED THROUGH AMAZON!
Want to return your items? Follow these 3 easy steps!
1) Ensure your items are refundable. We accept returns within 14 calendar days of the delivery date if the item is unwashed, unworn, and free of any stains, odors, and distinct smells (including deodorant and perfume). Item must not be a final sale item. Refunds will be issued in the same form of original payment method, excluding shipping and handling. All tags must be attached when returned.
2) Print out our return form. We cannot process returns without this form. You can find it by clicking here. Please send returns to ICONI, 4950 South Yosemite St, #F2-361, Greenwood Village, CO 80111. You may send it using any courier of choice. We do suggest using a tracking service; we will not be held liable for any packages that are lost enroute back to us. We do not currently offer prepaid return labels at this time.
3) Once we receive your return, we will process your return within 5-7 business days. A confirmation email will be sent to you to confirm your return.
We’re unable to make any changes to your order once you’ve hit the ‘place order’ button, this includes changing the item/size, delivery/billing address, adding items to your order, and/or shipping method. You cannot cancel your order after it has shipped; you will have to return it for a refund. For international customers, customs and duty costs are not included in your order and you are responsible for paying these associated fees.
ICONI LLC reserves the right to reject or cancel your order fulfillment of all orders on the ICONI Leggings website. We explicitly reserve the right not to accept your order for any of the following reasons: the product is not available/in stock, your billing information is not correct or not verifiable, your order has been suspected of fraudulent activity, we could not deliver to the address provided by you, Force Majeure, or in the event of misspelling, pricing, or other errors in the website information.
Our normal processing time is 2-5 business days. During holiday season and sales, we may experience delays, please allow 3-7 business days of processing during these times. All pre-ordered items will be processed within 2-5 day business days of the item's restock; pre-ordered restock dates are subject to change. Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.
Once you’ve received your shipping confirmation, your tracking details can take up to 24 hours to update. If your tracking details have not updated after 48 hours from the moment it was dispatched, please check your promotions/spam/junk folder. We may run some checks on your details before we ship your order. These checks may include verifying your address and payment details linked to your order. Any orders found to be made under fraudulent pretenses will be investigated and cancelled. We do not offer in-person pickup or return services.
Incorrect Shipping Information:
If a package is returned due to incorrect shipping information provided by a customer, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost. We are not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by a customer, no refund will not be provided if any parts of the address are incorrect.
Lost/Stolen or Damaged Packages:
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please ensure the correct address is provided at the time the order is placed. If tracking is showing that a package was delivered, but you have not received it, contact the delivery carrier to file a claim. Please contact your local post office before contacting our customer service team for more timely resolution. If you need assistance with this, please let us know.
If your package arrives and the product is damaged, please send us an e-mail immediately with your order number, which item is damaged, a description, and photographic evidence to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please do not return any damaged goods unless advised by a member of our support team, it may result in a slower resolution time. All claims for packages arriving damaged must be made within 7 calendar days of the delivery date. Unless proof of damage has been verified by a member of the support team, we cannot action a refund, credit, or replacement. Once we’ve received the above information, we will work quickly and efficiently to ensure the problem is rectified instantly.
The product prices displayed on the website exclude taxes and shipping. Taxes and shipping rates are applied per order. The exact shipping rates depend on the country where your order is being delivered. ICONI LLC reserves the right to change the price of a product at any time without any forewarning. Any orders placed prior to this change cannot be amended to the revised price.
